Oberman Thompson Invited to Present at 2015 Employment Law Institute
otsadmin / 0 Comments /Name Partners Jeffry B. Oberman and John D. Thompson have been invited to present at the 2015 Employment Law Institute on May 18-19, 2015.
This year, Oberman will present one break out session and co-host another:
- First, on Mary 18, Oberman will teach “Common Mistakes Employers Make with Their Sales Force That Create Litigation, Legal Exposure and Loss of Business”.
- Then, on Mary 19, Oberman will join forces with Roy A. Ginsburg of Barnes & Thornburg to present “Non-Competes, Non-Disclosure and Other Restrictive Covenants – Company vs. Former Employee”.
Thompson will co-present “There’s No Smoking Gun: Proving Discrimination and Retaliation by Pretext” both May 18 and May 19 with Susan M. Coler of Halunen Law.
